Fuller privacy policy

The short version: Fuller has no account, and everything you save in it stays on your phone. The only data that leaves it is what is needed to process a purchase of Fuller Pro, which Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat handle.

This policy covers the Fuller app, distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play, and this website.

What stays on your device

Fuller stores what you do in the app on your phone only: the situation you picked, your recent dishes, foods you add yourself, the combos you save with your favorites and check-in answers, any check-in that is still due, and whether you have finished onboarding. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it. If you back up your phone to iCloud, a Google account or a computer, that backup can include it, as it does for other apps.

Check-in notifications

After you save a combo, Fuller can remind you later to check in on how full you feel. The reminder is a local notification: your phone schedules and shows it itself, and nothing about it goes through a server. Fuller asks your permission before it sends any, and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's notification settings, under Fuller. Your check-in answers stay on your device with the combo they belong to.

What is collected

Fuller has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or location. It carries no advertising, analytics or crash reporting software. None of the data below is sold, shared for advertising, or used to follow you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

When you start a free trial, buy Fuller Pro or restore a purchase, Fuller uses RevenueCat to check the purchase with Apple or Google Play and to remember that you have Pro. RevenueCat receives:

an anonymous app user ID that RevenueCat generates for your install (not your name, Apple ID, Google account or email);
your purchase history for Fuller: which plan was bought, when, and the App Store or Google Play transaction identifiers needed to validate it;
basic technical information that RevenueCat's software sends, such as your device type and operating system version.

This data is used to unlock Pro, to restore it when you reinstall or change phones, and to show us sales figures in RevenueCat's dashboard.

RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and terms, and stores it on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. Apple or Google Play processes the payment under its own privacy policy; we never see your payment details.

How long it is kept

Purchase records are kept while Fuller sells subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play, so that Pro can be restored. You can ask us to delete the RevenueCat record for your install at any time (see Your rights below). Apple's or Google Play's own record of the purchase is unaffected.

Sources

The Sources and about page in Fuller links to outside websites, such as the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the British Nutrition Foundation. Tapping one opens that site in an in-app browser, and that site's own privacy policy applies.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your email address and what you send only to reply to you.

Children

Fuller asks no one for personal details, children included. The only data it collects is the anonymous purchase data described above.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics, and its fonts are served from the site itself. It is hosted on Vercel, which handles the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, to serve the page.

Your rights

You can ask us what data RevenueCat holds for your install, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing support@niceonelabs.com. Because the identifier is anonymous, we will ask for the date and order ID of a purchase, from your Apple or Google Play receipt email, so that we can find the record. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
