Fuller support

Fuller is an iPhone app from Nice One Labs. Pick what you're eating, and it suggests protein, fiber or healthy fat to add, so the meal can be more satisfying.

Something not working?

Email support@niceonelabs.com with the app version (the Version row in Profile), your iPhone model and what happened.

Fuller Pro

Have Pro and it isn't showing? Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. Restoring is free and uses the Apple ID you bought with. To cancel Pro, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.

Check-in reminders

To turn check-in reminders off or on, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap Notifications, then Fuller. With notifications off, a check-in that is due shows as a card on Home instead.

Your data

Fuller has no account. Everything you save stays on your iPhone, and deleting the app deletes it. Purchase records, handled by Apple and RevenueCat, are the only thing that leaves it. The privacy policy has the detail.

Not medical advice

Fuller gives general healthy-eating ideas. It isn't medical advice, and it doesn't count anything about your body. If you have a health condition or a history of disordered eating, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian about what works for you.
